Ann Cattalini Sinclair
Ann Cattalini Sinclair has more than a decade of experience in the public affairs arena, having handled grassroots strategy, issue management and community relations for many of the nation's leading corporations.
She has developed extensive expertise in the women's market, working since 2002 as Development Director for the California Governor and First Lady's Conference on Women and Families. The conference is the nation's largest and most prestigious conference for women. Sinclair is also assisting with corporate development for the California Museum for History, Women and the Arts.
Sinclair was a member of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs from 1993 to 1997, working on such issues as welfare reform and NAFTA. She also served as the Coordinator of Special Events for Legislative Affairs, responsible for presidential bill signings and legislative events. Her early professional experience includes positions at the Brookings Institution and as a researcher in the political unit at CNN.
Sinclair graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science.
